Is Telia condoning Jailbreaking?

In order to get a kosher iPhone 3G here in Denmark, you have to suffer Telia. So when I upgraded my first generation iPhone to a 3G version I got a Telia iGo subscription which includes a monthly newsletter with tips and tricks. This months tip is how to move icons around on your home screen, which in it self is not very news worthy as this is common knowledge. However if you look at the icons Telia would have you move around, icon number 2 is Cydia, which you only can get if you Jailbreak your phone... So the question to Telia is: "Do you condone Jailbreaking?"
