One-Click patent is still old and obvious

Guess "USPTO":http://uspto.gov/ has _some_ common sense as they have just "reaffirmed that the 1-Click Claim is 'Old And Obvious'":http://yro.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=07/12/25/1933206. They should just abandon software patents altogether, as they are "bad":http://www.nosoftwarepatents.com/en/m/intro/index.html - which is old news, and equally obvious.
