So it finally happened!

After a long and tough pregnancy, today at 17:10 on this beautiful sunny winter Tuesday, our little baby girl has arrived to this brave new world. A world where there is no more Bush, and the Israeli and the Palestinian have finally entered a ceasefire.

The future never looked so bright before…

Both mom and soon to be named¹ baby girl are perfectly fine, and eager to come home from the hospital. She’s 49 centimeters long and weighing 2290 grams. Her two older brothers are proud as hell and so am I =)

Say hello to Cosmo¹, who was just born this morning, and his mom Wilma.

Cosmo will be moving in with us in about 8 to 10 weeks time.

And yes it is a dog and not a hamster!

1. If you read this entry before the night of the 16. the name was Arnold, but after much debate we finally settled on Cosmo [↩]

• We’ve moved to a new house
• We’ve been married
• We’ve been to Egypt
• Our basement has been flooded, ruining most of our stuff¹
• We wanted to remove a wall in our new house, and ended up remodeling the whole house – new windows, new floors, new ceilings, new kitchen – basically everything except the walls and the roof have been replaced or fixed.
• My wife got a new job at Adnuvo
• My wife is pregnant again – wonder if it is a boy or a girl, guess time will tell…

Time flies, a year passed – damn it was fast…

To all the people we know, friends and family who we haven’t spent as much time with as we would have liked: Our remodeling project is finally coming to an end and we should hopefully soon have a lot of spare time on our hands – prepare to be visited or just come visit us²

To my wife: Happy anniversary, I’m looking forward to another eventful year with you and our little family

<p>My paternity leave is at an end, and today I returned to my regular day job.</p>

<p>While it would have been nice to stay at home for a while longer, it was nice to be back!</p>

<p>Now I just have to wade through the 2 months of email that is cluttering up my work-inbox&#8230; Yikes!</p>
