Getting ready for New Years Eve, this year we’ll be eating Tapas, a personal favorite.

We have been cooking all evening, and right now 42 Empanadas with Chorizo and Serrano are sitting on our kitchen table just waiting to be put in the oven when the guests arrive tonight.
